2024 Back to School Newsletter
Welcome Back to School
We are thrilled to welcome you to our very first nursery newsletter! This will be a regular communication to keep you informed about important updates, events, and the exciting things happening in our nursery. A special welcome goes out to our new Education Manager, Ust Amina Begum who will be overseeing the learning and development of all our children. With her extensive experience and passion for early childhood education, we are confident that she will bring a positive impact to our nursery, ensuring that every child receives the best start in their learning journey.
Attendance & Punctuality
We kindly remind all parents to ensure that children are dropped off and picked up at their allocated times. Punctuality is crucial for maintaining a smooth routine for the children and helps them settle into the day’s activities with ease. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter as it greatly supports our daily schedule and the children’s overall experience.
Healthy eating..
We believe in promoting healthy eating habits from a young age. We are pleased to inform you that we will be providing children with nutritious snacks and milk every day. These snacks are carefully selected to ensure they are both delicious and beneficial for your child’s growth and development. To help cover the cost of providing these daily snacks, we kindly request that parents make a small contribution of £5 monthly. Your support in this matter is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain the high quality of snacks we offer. Currently, all children are bringing lunch from home, and we understand that many parents have expressed interest in having lunches provided by the nursery. We are actively exploring this option and will soon be sending out a survey to gauge the demand. Your feedback will be instrumental in helping us make the best decision for our nursery community.
Settling in ..
The settling-in process is now underway, and we are working diligently to ensure that all children feel comfortable and secure in their new environment. We understand that this can be a big transition for both children and parents, and we are committed to making this period as smooth as possible. If you have any concerns or need support during this time, please do not hesitate to reach out to our staff. The safety and well-being of your children are our top priorities. We follow strict hygiene protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and secure environment for everyone. Please continue to follow any guidelines we provide, especially regarding health checks before bringing your child to nursery. Together, we can create a safe space for our little ones to thrive.
Upcoming Events
Stay tuned for information on upcoming events, parent workshops, and important dates. We will be hosting a few events this term where you can engage with staff, learn more about your child’s progress, and connect with other parents in our community.
